Refunds and E-Transfers

Should you need to withdraw from the East Side Eagles football program after registration, please notify your Head Coach/Team Manager as soon as possible.  You must also contact the Vice President (registration@eastsideeaglesmb.ca) in order to have a refund processed.

Refunds will be granted according to the following:

Prior to the first league game

For all age groups, if a player decides he/she does not want to continue playing or is released from the team, and notice is given not less than two (2) days (48 hours) prior to the first league game, fees will be refunded less applicable administration charges as identified in By-Law 4 Section 4.2. 

If a player decides he/she does not want to continue playing and notice is given after the first league game, fees will not be refunded. Registration fees will be reimbursed. The  Administration charges may include, but are not limited to, fund raising initiatives, Football Manitoba Registration Fee, player league fee and an equipment restocking fee.

• The Football Manitoba registration fee is set out by Football Manitoba and is subject to change from time to time.
• The player league fee is set out by the associated league and is subject to change from time to time.
• The equipment restocking fee is set out by the Club Executive, and has been levied at twenty dollars ($20). 
• Please note that the fees collected during the online registration process by Football Canada, Football Manitoba and the appropriate league fees (based on age) are not refunded from the club level.
  

No Refunds will be issued if not requested 24 hours prior to the first league game 

This rule is exempt in extenuating circumstances. See Medical Reasons below

Medical Reasons 

Refunds will only be issued if a player sustains an injury which results in a doctor’s recommendation not to continue playing football.  All requests for Medical Refunds must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note and requested within one week of the date the injury occurred.  

Medical Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• Player injured during or after the first and prior to the second game can request a 50% refund (includes the amounts withheld as per 1. above).
• Player injured during or after the second and prior to the fourth game of the season can request a 25% refund (includes the amounts withheld as per 1. above).
• Players injured during or after the fourth game of the season are not eligible for a refund.
